Randi McRae is a case manager and intake specialist at Duggan & Associates, PLLC. She is dedicated to using empathetic and active listening to make clients feel safe, heard, and understood. She acts as the first point of contact for our firm, oversees second-parent adoptions, and established our process for gender-marker corrections.
Before joining Duggan & Associates, Randi received a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations with a minor in Philosophy from Sam Houston State University. After finishing college, she relocated to Dallas, Texas and worked as a paralegal for a criminal defense firm where she discovered and expanded her passion for law and her dedication to human rights. Randi has been an activist and ally to marginalized communities and works to continuously educate herself in order understand and advocate for all clients.
When not at the office, Randi enjoys reading, loving on her two rescue pups, and traveling!
